Boarding of Passengers :
Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers are required to furnish a copy of the e-ticket and if necessary should produce a valid photo identity card of at least one of the passengers of the group, issued by one of the government authority other wise they will be denied boarding and not entitled for refund.
Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law. Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk subjected to the acceptance by Suppa Travels. The company is not responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and accident.
The Ticket can be delivered and printed online in a matter of minutes after confirmation of booking. Also an e-mail is sent to the mail-id you provide while booking tickets which helps you print the ticket.
Cancellation and Refund
Suppa Travels tickets purchased through web should be cancelled online only. Cancellation would be confirmed online and the refund would be credited back to the account used for booking as for normal Internet tickets.

Delay Cancellation of Service :
- Within 2hour(s) before departure time, cancellation deduction is No Refund
- Between 4hour(s) and 2hour(s) before departure time, cancellation deduction is 50% per ticket
- Between 1day(s) and 4hour(s) before departure time, cancellation deduction is 25% Per Amount
- Above 1day(s) before departure time, cancellation deduction is 10% of the total
- After Departure Time No Refund.
suppaTravels may delay / cancel a bus without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances suppa Travels delays a bus more than 2 hours. suppa Travels may reschedule the journey on the next suppa Travels service in the same sector subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger.s conveyance or enable the full refund of the ticket as paid by the passengers. The passenger will be required to collect the refund from the point of purchase. suppa Travels is not responsible for the delays caused enroute due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc..
The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstance passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded.
In case of any breakdowns enroute suppa Travels will refund the amount on a prorata basis at the Suppa Travels booking counters situated at the origin or destination of the journey. Suppa Travels will not make any alternate arrangements of travel for breakdowns enroute. Suppa Travels is not responsible for any breakdowns of audio, video and air conditioning equipment enroute or in the middle of the journey.
